I am doing slimming world.

so am i but not very good at it at the moment

i'm just eating healthly i used to be on slimming world and i lost about 2st but then i put it all back on again

I mite go back to slimming world after my holidays in August.

i'm changing groups next week, hopefully it might spur me into actually doing it..

i'm probably the only person to join and 12 weeks later weigh 1/2 stone more than when i started

i lost 2 stone before then got pregnant and put it all back on now i just cant shift any of it

i'm the same and i've probably put on a lot more since i've had surgery but we'll see when i get weighed next time i go into my drs

well i went to my drs on thursday last week and i've lost 1lb which is really good considering i've had major surgery and haven't been moving about as much as i'm used to
